Vice President of Operations

Description

Seeking a Manager with a minimum of 5 years proven management experience in a financial institution. Person will oversee branch wide operations. Individual will plan, organize, direct, and administer the operations and servicing of the credit union as well as ensure regulatory compliance. This position is also responsible for implementing projects related to Operations. Position reports directly to CEO and will be a member of the Senior Management Team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience and education
  • Five years work experience in the financial industry
  • Five years management experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Full Time Membership Development Specialist

Description

Seeking a motivated individual to provide information on credit union products and services to members at their worksite. Ideal candidate must be a self-starter, PC literate, possess excellent communication and presentation skills and have sales and customer service experience.

Requirements

  • High School diploma
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle
  • One-year of financial institution experience with an emphasis in branch operations or customer service preferred
  • Two-years of general sales or employee benefit service related organization experience required
  • Must have flexible work hours

Full Time Assistant Teller Supervisor (Fort Street)

Description

Seeking a responsible, detail oriented individual to work at our in-store branch located in the Fort Street Walmart. Must be able to handle multiple priorities, problem solve and make decisions with minimal supervision. Primary duties include assisting Teller Supervisor with operational duties and providing guidance to the tellers to ensure quality service is being provided to our members.

Requirements

  • High School diploma
  • Minimum 2-years of financial institution experience with 6-months branch supervisory / leadership experience or equivalent
  • Must be able to push, pull, lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Must have flexible work hours

Full Time Tellers (Various Branches)

Description

Seeking responsible, highly motivated individuals to work at our various branches. Must have excellent communication skills and customer service experience. General duties include cashing checks, accepting deposits and payments, processing withdrawals, and assisting members with other financial transactions.

Requirements

  • High School diploma
  • One-year teller or related cash handling experience
  • 10-key and basic computer knowledge required
  • Must be able to work at all branches and have flexible work hours including Saturdays and evenings
  • Physical demands include lifting up to 15 pounds, pushing a cash cart weighing up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods of time
